Costume Mascot World is dedicated to providing you with top-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find that an item doesn’t meet your expectations, please review our return and refund policy below to facilitate a smooth return process.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at service@costumemascotworld.com or use the contact form on our website. Return requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of your item.

Situations for Return

We accept returns in the following scenarios: if you've changed your mind, need an exchange, or if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our goal is to make this process hassle-free. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs, nor do we provide free return labels.

For hygiene reasons, used or heavily worn items cannot be returned. We ask that all returns come in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging, to qualify for a refund.

Return Label

Upon approval of your return request, we will send you email instructions. You are responsible for the postage. Simply attach the provided label to your package and return the item to us.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund promptly. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase within 1 to 2 days after we receive the returned product. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Lost Packages

We understand that packages may occasionally get lost in transit. You will not be held liable for lost return packages. If your package is lost, we will still honor a refund, ensuring you are not adversely affected.
