CVOID 19 -  Temporary Order Processing Measures

Please note that we do not keep real time online inventory counts for costumes due to size variations. We ultilize on demand production from our local suppliers.  If you need your costume before a specific date, you should message us first with the link to the costume and also what size you need.  We will then do a real time inventory check to see whether it can deliver on time.

Regular Costumes


Processing time -   2 to 20 days.

Delivery time -  Standard delivery 5 to 14 days   or   Express delivery 1 to 3 days.

Total delivery time =   Processing time + Delivery time

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The standard delivery time frame is not guaranteed, only estimated.  It can be influenced by a number of factors such as mail backlogs and customs approval time. Delivery in a small number of cases can take up to 30 days.

Processing time -    2 to 4 weeks

Delivery time -   2 to 4 weeks

Total delivery time =   Processing time + Delivery time   (4 to 8 weeks)






Please keep it in mind before you place your order and send us your payment. If you place your order and then decide to cancel after it has already been processed, your order may incur a 15% cancellation fee if the order has already been sent to the tailor for processing.  Thank you for understanding!
